Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct to ensure proper delivery within the time frame stated. If there are issues verifying your address, you will be contacted to try and resolve these issues. If you do not respond after 2 attempts at contacting you, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.
If you realize that you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. 
After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take 1-2 days to process your order. Your order will be shipped 2-3 business days from the date that it is processed. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
INSIGNIA MSA IS NOT responsible for packages that state delivered or for any lost, damaged, etc. packages. Once an item is handed over to USPS it becomes their responsibility to successfully handle and deliver your package. Please contact USPS with any delivery questions once you receive tracking information from us.
