Refund policy
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Returns are not allowed unless you have received an item that was damaged before you opened the package to try it on. If this is the case, you have 3 business days to send back your item to receive a refund.
Exchanges can be made if you have received the wrong size/items. Please email us at info@insigniamsa.com to provide information regarding your exchange needs, and we will gladly assist. Some type of photographic evidence of the faulty order will be required for a return or exchange.
Only items unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging will be accepted.
