Returns/ Exchanges

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
As items are handmade to order, returns are not allowed unless you have recieved an item that was damaged before you've opened the package to try it on. If this is the case, you have 3 business days to send back your item to receive a refund. 
Exchanges can be made if you have received the wrong size/items. Please email us at info@insigniamsa.com to provide information regarding your needs of exchange and we will gladly assist. Some type of photographic evidence of the faulty order will be required for a return or exchange.
Only items unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging will be accepted.
