Shipping | Returns | Exchanges
Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct to ensure proper delivery within the time frame stated. If you realize that you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours.
After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will then be handmade and shipped with in 3 business weeks from the date that it is processed. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
INSIGNIA MSA IS NOT responsible for packages that state DELIVERED or for any lost, damaged, etc. packages. Once an item is handed over to USPS it becomes their responsibility to successfully handle and deliver your package. Please contact USPS with any delivery questions once you receive tracking information from us- all packages are sent with insurance.
CUSTOMS DUTIES: Insignia MSA is not responsible to pay customs charges issued on any international orders.
Returns are not allowed unless you have received an item that was damaged before you've opened the package to try it on. If this is the case, you have 3 business days to send back your item to receive a refund.
Exchanges can be made if you have received the wrong size/items. Please email us at email@example.com to provide information regarding your needs of exchange and we will gladly assist. Some type of photographic evidence of the faulty order will be required for a return or exchange.
Only items unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging will be accepted.
