SHIPPING POLICY


After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will then be handmade and shipped with in 2-3 weeks from the date that it is processed. This time is just an estimate, orders often ship sooner. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct to ensure proper delivery within the time frame stated. If you realize that you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours. 


INSIGNIA MSA IS NOT responsible for packages that state DELIVERED or for any lost, damaged, etc. packages. Once an item is handed over to UPS it becomes their responsibility to successfully handle and deliver your package. Please contact UPS with any delivery questions once you receive tracking information from us- all packages are sent with insurance.
