Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email info@insigniamsa.com and we’ll assist.


Processing Times

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Pre-orders: ship based on the timeline listed on each product page (typically 2–4 weeks).

Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships.


Shipping

All orders ship from New York City via UPS or DHL (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day, International options vary by location).

Once UPS/DHL receives your package, Insignia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or “Delivered” marked packages. Please contact UPS directly for delivery issues once tracking is active.


Duties & Taxes

U.S. orders: taxes applied at checkout.

International orders: duties/taxes are not included and may be required upon delivery.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted on full-priced items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligible returns must be new, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Final Sale Items

These cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items (including flash sales)

  • Intimates

  • Swimwear

  • Hair accessories

  • Socks

  • Bodysuits

Return Shipping

Returns incur a return shipping fee, deducted from the refund.
Insignia is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for sizing issues or incorrect items received.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags.

Email info@insigniamsa.com with your order number and photos to begin an exchange.


Address Corrections

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours so we can update it before fulfillment.


Purchases from Other Websites

If you purchased Insignia items through a reseller or another website, please contact that seller directly.
Insignia cannot process returns, exchanges, or shipping issues for orders placed outside insigniamsa.com.
