Returns/ Exchanges

Returns are not allowed.
Exchanges can be made if you have received the wrong size/items. Please email us at to provide information regarding your needs of exchange and we will gladly assist. Some type of photographic evidence of the faulty order will be required for an exchange.
Only items unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging will be accepted.

If you have purchased a ZERO Waste bag from us and it either a strap breaks or the stitch breaks send it back to us for free repairs!
